Richard is a perfectionist. I hired him to clean windows and window frames, not expecting quite such a thorough job. He is much more than a window cleaner - more a maintenance person. I had to stop him scrubbing the deck and cleaning up the front path! He is incapable of doing anything other than the best job possible which of course takes time so don't expect him to come and go in an hour! My windows are sparkling
